About Us HOPE Project Cambodia is a community based organization that uses a social entreprise model of sustainable development in Chup Veary Commune, Prey Net Preah District, Banteay Meanchey, Cambodia established in 2004.
History Hope Project Cambodia (Sangkem means hope in the Khmer language) was established in 2004 by Elizabeth Hoban and Soun Bunhoeun, the Project Manager. Initially we constructed drilled wells that provided clean drinking water for villagers in Chup Veary Commune.
Vision, Mission & Value Our mission is to ensure that all children, irregardless of their economic status receive a good education and their families have access to sustainable employment opportunities that will assist them move out of poverty and improve their health and wellbeing.  
Objectives Provide training and skills development to the poorest families in our community so they can participate in sustainable employment opportunities.
